There are two very distinct kind of women. There are those of you out there that LOVE to be busy. You are go. Go. Go. You struggle when you don’t accomplish very much and feel great about yourself when you get a lot done… Then there are those of us that are more laissez-faire. We run one, maybe two errands a day.  Three things on our calendar in one day may completely stress us out. The more free time we have the better we feel about ourselves. Neither of these personality styles are better or worse, we are all just a little different and do life a little differently. Regardless, whether you glorify busyness or protest against it, the following hack will give you more time to hit that to do list, run your errands, play with your children, or take a little nap.

What does the baking soda do?

Hair: Removes build up

Face: Balances PH and is a great exfoliate

Teeth: Whitens teeth but I wouldn’t recommend applying it to your teeth more than once a week, as it can be hard on enamel.

Cleaning: It scrubs and cleans without all the harsh chemicals.

Why use essential oil cleaning products?

I would be very cautious about what you choose to breathe in when cleaning your bathroom. I use essential oils because I know that I am breathing in oils that will heal my body in addition to cleaning my shower. If you don’t have essential oils, vinegar or lemon juice work great too!

Crystal
After growing up in this city and as a Colorado native, Crystal has a deep love for these mountains, especially 'that mountain' and cherishes our symphonic sunsets. When she is not playing in our purple mountain backyard, teaching high school, taking classes at the University of Denver or happily engaged in the daily banalities, Crystal enjoys any excuse to dress up; She likes to go to the theater, laugh at comedy clubs, and of course, she loves girls’ nights out (regardless if that is with her girlfriends or her daughters.) She listens to old school rap, 90’s music or songs a little too ‘dramatic’ while lifting weights, and country music while cooking/baking. Although the mountains are her home, she is more of a sunshine and water kind of girl; summer is her absolute favorite season. She is the single mama to her two darling daughters. The three of them spend their time engrossed in dance parties, reading one more story and they always find the time to cuddle and laugh about everything and absolutely nothing. She is excited to share glimpses of her life with you. She assures you that by no means is she perfect; she is simply a mother trying to fiercely love her children, her people and her community. Oh, and of course—GO Pioneers, Broncos, Rockies, Avalanche, Nuggets and Sky Sox!
