Cheyenne Mountain Zoo will come alive with spirit of Halloween when thousands of little superheroes, princesses and pirates attend Boo at the Zoo this October. Boo at the Zoo is a fun way for families to trick or treat and enjoy Halloween festivities in a safe and unique environment, and all of our candy is made with sustainable palm oil to help protect wild orangutans! Put on your costume and bring your trick-or-treat bag and flashlight to the wildest Halloween event in town. It’ll be a frightfully good time!

New in 2017: Reserve your spot and save money by purchasing your tickets online in advance. A limited number of tickets are available each night; admission will be $3 more at the gate! Tickets go on sale Monday, September 18.

• Discounted tickets purchased online (senior and military) will only be valid at the front gate when accompanied by valid form of identification. (For a list of accepted military identifiers please visit cmzoo.org/boo)
• On-site parking is first come, first served. If our parking lot is full when you arrive, you will be directed to a free shuttle at a nearby off-site location.

Jack-o-Lantern Trail

Enjoy the lighted Jack-o-Lanterns along the nature trail, make a craft, roast a marshmallow, and other fun along the trail. Wear a costume. If you carved a pumpkin for the trail, you may retrieve it after 7:30 p.m. Sponsored by Millberger Farms, Pueblo.

Pumpkin Carving Party

Carve a pumpkin to leave at the nature center to help line the nature trail for the evening Jack-o-Lantern event. Pre-scooped pumpkins, patterns and carving tools provided.
