Jump, Bounce and Arcade
Your kids will love bouncing away at this trampoline park that boasts 40+ trampolines. There is even a Ninja Warrior Course for an additional fee. There are various open jump times, as well as Cosmic Jump for teenagers. For the younger crowd (6 and under), Toddler Jump & Play is recommended.

At Sky Zone your kids can literally bounce off the walls. Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park is the creator of the world’s first all-trampoline, walled playing court. Along with trampoline fun, your kids can jump in the foam pit and play dodgeball, volleyball and basketball. There is also Toddler Time for the little ones.

Trampoline World Gymnastics facility was specifically designed as the premiere national training center for the Olympic sport of Trampoline. This means that at open gym time you get to enjoy trampolines that bounce higher and the largest foam pit in the country.

This inflatable play center is designed for kids ages 1 – 12. The Open Gym area includes inflatable slides, bounce houses, and obstacle courses. Jump-n-Jack’s also has a recharge area for parents with free wi-fi, comfortable seating, and a large screen TV.

House of Bounce features over 9,000 sq. ft. of inflatable fun for children up to age 12. Your younger ones can enjoy a designated toddler area during all open play times. Little Monkey Bizness is the indoor playground for the active child. Their play area features inflatable obstacle course, slides, bouncers, toddler and infant areas, jungle gyms, play structures and more. This indoor play area is designed for little monkeys 8 and younger.

There’s tons of fun to be had at The Summit. There’s a 5,000 square foot game room, a two-story laser tag arena and bowling lanes. There’s even a full-service restaurant and sports bar. Fantastic food and fun await!

Dart Warz is the premier indoor foam dart battlefield. It is tailored to be fun for all age groups 5 and older. Ages 8 and up can come out for Glow Nights which feature gameplay with black lights and glow discs!

Manitou Springs Penny Arcade in downtown Manitou Springs, CO is a magical time capsule of arcade games, skeeball, outdoor rides and more. While there are several indoor game rooms, some of the gameplay is outdoors. This isn’t a completely indoor activity, but it is definitely fun!

Have a glowing good time at GlowGolf in Chapel Hills and Citadel Mall. Both locations feature a 36 hole course, Laser Maze and Glow Hockey.

At Flipshack’s Open Gym, your kids can run, tumble, balance, swing, climb and bounce. They can even give parkour a try. For ages 6 – teen, open gym happens every Saturday afternoon. Teens can attend the open gym on Thursday evenings. Check website for times.

Star Gymnastics hosts open gym on select days and times. Be sure to check out their website for details. Any child under the age of 18 is allowed to attend. No need to sign up beforehand, simply show up and play.

Your gymnast will love open gym time at Kinetic Gymnastics. This open gym is probably best for the older crowd, as it takes place every Tuesday and Thursday from 8-9PM.

Adventure Gym at Precizion 509 is designed for children to get some exercise during the daytime. Many preschoolers and homeschoolers use this event to break up their day. It is held every Wednesday and Thursday, 9-11AM.

Come to the Springs Climbing Center for a day of indoor rock climbing. The Day Pass includes a full day of gym access, harness and ATC. Children 5 and under are free with a paying adult.

Omtastic Yoga develops life skills through non-competitive activities, bringing families together in a fun and engaging environment. On the first Saturday of each month, they offer donation based family yoga to benefit Peaceful Warriors, a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization.

For fun for the entire family, their lanes come equipped with automatic bumpers, plus they have bowling ramps and lightweight balls so even the smallest bowlers can have a great time.

Come on out to the Monument Ice Rinks for some fun on the ice! Bring your friends and family and enjoy some time learning or improving your skating skills. Its an inexpensive and great way to spend an afternoon.

The fun happens downstairs in the welcome center where kids can enjoy a play area, explore an airplane, and race down A-Bend-A-Go, a three-story corkscrew slide that’s 76-feet long. There is also a playroom just for toddlers called Camp What-a-Nut. You will also want to be sure to check out The Discovery Emporium, complete with a puppet stage and reading area. Best part, it’s FREE!

If you are up for an adventure, then Cave of the Winds is the spot for you. The Discovery Tour is about 60 minutes long and perfect for children. On this family-friendly tour, you will learn about the history and geology of the cave while being shown some of its most beautiful formations. Family Place Libraries™ is a network of children’s libraries nationwide who believe that literacy begins at birth and that libraries can help build healthy communities by nourishing healthy families. Family Place Libraries feature specially designed spaces, programs for ages 0 – 5, materials and resources for parents and family support services.

We love the children’s section at Library 21c. With a huge magnetic wall, tons of age-appropriate toys and even a game room, your kids will love playing for hours, while also spending time perusing an extensive selection of books. There are also Makerspace Studios that offer classes and projects for kids and teens.
While visiting, be sure to head to Wesley Owens Coffe and Cafe in the downstairs central open area. They serve coffee, breakfast and lunch.
