Winter festivals in Colorado are a ton of fun for spending time with family or showing off our beautiful area to out of town guests. Here are a few wonderful festivals, both near and far, that you can get your fill of holiday spirit and winter fun.

Check out an amazing variety of Nativity scenes from all around the globe, plus a live Nativity as well.

Friday, December 2: 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Saturday, December 3: 1:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Live Outdoor Nativity: 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. both nights. 

An annual festive concert of Christmas music at the Pikes Peak Center.

Sunday, December 11th: 2:30pm and 6:00pm

Beautiful Glen Eyrie is an amazing backdrop for Madrigal Banquets, musical concerts and Yule Teatimes. Check website for dates, times and cost.

See Santa in historic Bancroft Park, and then stroll up and down charming Old Colorado City to kick off the holiday season!

Saturday, November 26: 5pm to 8pm

Santa’s Cabin: 11am to 4pm

Noon Year’s Eve. Location TBD. The fabulous Pikes Peak Children’s Museum hosts a Noon Year’s Eve, perfect for all of those kids (and their parents) who want to experience midnight festivities in the daytime hours.

Saturday, December 31st: 10am-1pm

Take your family to the Pioneers Museum Festival of Lights Family Fun Day. Check out their FB page HERE for all kinds of fun activities. Also stick around downtown to watch the downtown Festival Of Lights Parade at 5:50pm.

Saturday, December 3rd: 10am to 2pm

This is an old fashioned holiday evening, with hayrides, candlelight tours of historic buildings, and more.

Saturday evening, December 17th: 4pm-8pm

Beautiful lights decorate the Denver Botanic Gardens at both the downtown Denver location and the location at Chatfield.
